1. Acceptance

By using gapgroup.in (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which includes how we use cookies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is run by GAP Group (“GAP”, “we”, “us”).

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and for your own information. You agree not to misuse it, probe or disrupt it, try to gain unauthorised access, send spam or malicious files through its forms, or collect its content by automated means without our written permission.

3. Information only: not an offer

Everything on the Site is general information about GAP and its developments. It is not an offer, invitation, advertisement, prospectus or contract of any kind, and it does not create any right to buy, lease or invest.

• Images, renders, walkthroughs, maps and models are artistic impressions and may differ from what is built.
• Areas, specifications, amenities, timelines, yields and other figures are indicative and may change.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only in writing by GAP.
• Projects are subject to the approvals and changes of the competent authorities.
• Information about the Dholera Special Investment Region reflects public sources and our understanding at the time of writing.

4. Images on this website

Some images on the Site are created with AI tools or are artist’s impressions, shown for illustration. Unless we say otherwise, they are not photographs of actual sites, people, projects, amenities or construction status. For any project’s details, please refer to its approved plans and RERA registration.

5. RERA registration

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, its registration number is shown on the project page and below. Please verify current details with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (gujrera.gujarat.gov.in) before you decide anything.

6. No investment, legal or financial advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a promise of returns, appreciation or rental income. Property and land values can fall as well as rise. Please take independent professional advice and visit the site before you make any property or investment decision. NRI visitors should also check the foreign-exchange and tax rules that apply to them.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images, plans, drawings, videos, logos and design of the Site belong to GAP or are used with permission. You may view the Site and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or use its content commercially without our prior written permission. “GAP”, “GAP Group” and our project names and marks are ours.

“GAP”, “GAP Group”, our real estate project names, logos and other brand marks, whether marked with “TM” or “®”, are trademarks or registered trademarks of GAP Group or its respective affiliates. These marks may not be used in connection with any real estate project, property, product, service, business or promotional activity that is not owned, developed, marketed, operated, authorised or endorsed by GAP Group, without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, for example liveago.com (AGO), Google Maps, YouTube, OpenStreetMap and social media pages. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Enquiries and communications

When you send an enquiry, application or other form, you confirm that what you provide is accurate and agree that GAP may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about it, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to marketing@gapgroup.in. A message sent through the Site does not create a booking or any agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GAP is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or links from it, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy, statutory protection or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights and remedies available under RERA, consumer-protection laws or other applicable laws of India.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site, subject to any forum that the law gives you.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
